Internship, Spring 2026

In the Spring of 2026, I worked at the Alumni Association under the University of Cincinnati Foundation. During this time, I was focused on prepping for events and managing sets of data primarily relating to alumni of UC’s College of Medicine.

I built tailored guest lists from our database, printed and assembled hundred of name tags and gifts, and did event photography during Alumni Week in April.

Print Materials

I designed a card for blankets that were given out at the College of Medicine Reunion in April 2026. The cards were attached to the blankets one by one using a special tiger tail tool.

Additionally, I printed and assembled name tags for numerous events by utilizing Mail Merge in Microsoft Word.

CRM Query Tutorial

I assembled several lists using Blackbaud CRM (or iCats, as we call it), the Alumni Association’s database, during my internship. Its vast quantity of information makes searching for specific people difficult. I decided to create a set of instructions for new users on how to make a query, including how and where they should apply filters.
